Don't think so. I'm actually a few units on Knight NSC. Hes such a savage and always looking for the kill. Think Lamas' path of least resistance to victory is trying to hug Knight if he can avoid or pass that active guard
Hmmm... Maybe I did not take in account how easily Oliviera crumbles. I just thought that Lamas is really durable and could expose Knight with something because Knight goes so hard for the finish. Well, getting plus odds for both lines seems like a good deal. If Knight gets the finish I still end up +1.3u and Lamas dec (-3u) has probability of about 1/3 according current odds. (I also have 0.8u Knight ml at 2.7 btw.)

Agreed. I think the most likely way it ends ITD is a Knight sub. I know Lamas has never been subbed but there's likely to be lots of grappling and Knight is so slick on the ground. Knight seems to be very durable as well. I'd like to get on that NSC line but I missed the opener. Hoping it comes back down.

yea i was gonna go that route but i hit the knight sub +781 or whatever (to go along w/my lamas ML)

oezdemir @2.67-2.8 seems decent, think I'll stab that

I think i'm betting him.I just feel it's gonna be a standup fight and dude's pretty good in that realm. High kicks are gonna give Manuwa trouble.

“You know, it wasn’t competitive,” he continued. “Like, when we were on the ground grappling, his submission defence is real bad, I’d catch him in submissions. When we wrestled, I took him down pretty easy. He couldn’t take me down. When we sparred, I just put the pressure on him and got on the inside and he hated that. He just hated it when he just had to make those big muscles have to work. Because you need oxygen to get those muscles to work and when you get those muscles tired, he falls over and breaks. So it wasn’t very competitive.”

Wow Colby, tell us how you really feel LOL...

I hit Jones DEC [email protected], I think that's the likeliest outcome. However I don't wanna bet more cause I'll Cher for DC.

Maia [email protected], I think it will climb higher.

I think I'm actually gonna play DC dec +415 and DC split/majority at +941.

I agree Jones dec is probably the most likely outcome, but not by much and the odds are too swayed that direction imo.

How is Moicano's TDD?

i have a feeling the grappling will be a wash and this becomes a standup fight. moicano is definitely the better striker. he's also longer and has good distance management as he showed against stephens.

not sure if i should wager now or wait for other odds to go up?!

Yeah, I think/hope that Moicano's tdd is good enough to stay out of trouble, but I don't have a good idea what Ortega's takedown game looks like. Ortega's faced mostly overly aggressive fighters in UFC. I don't know how he will look like agains a smart opponent, but Moicano has reach, speed and technique advantage standing. He's good at pressuring in bursts too, not only countering and backpedaling. I think he has good cardio and ground defense.

Decent but Tukhgov(Sp?) took him down a few times. Brian Ortega has not really shown strong takedowns but his ground game is awesome.

Edit:
Ortega has 1 takedown in 4 UFC fights.

He defended every TD against Tukhugov

Maybe.
I watched the fight and he definitely took him down briefly it may not count on official stats though if he got up quickly.

Yeah I guess it depends on what your definition of a TD is

Lol, the way I see it he has 100% TDD. His butt may have touched the mat for a second on a couple attempts but I don't count that
I think there was one good takedown but Moicano controlled Tukhugov well with rubber guard, attacked with triangle and almost got Tukhugov's back when he tried some weird guard passing jump strike. Tukhugov scored one elbow in that exchange.
