i agree with all of this i just cant see all the love for till. The only angle i see is the unknown fact that based on who he faced we really cant get a grasp on how good till really is and this fight is exactly that test. I see a lot of people saying that cowboy is overlooking him and never watches tape on his opponents but who knows if thats really true. Cerrone has had a pretty damn good career so far so whataever he is doing is working. I think more than anything till is the one who is overlooking cerrone.

This is exactly my feeling and my primary reason for being on Cowboy big here. I understand that there are some technical reasons why Till could present problems for him. But until Till proves he can do it against top guys, it's speculation IMO.

I also believe that Till needs to put Cerrone away early and not only because of his cardio issues. If Cerrone is having problems dealing with him on the feet, I think he'll try to get the fight to the ground where he should have a big advantage, and don't think he'll have a problem getting it there, especially is Till is tired.

man i'm so far behind on everything this week, not used to my new schedule / less freetime, haha. i have a couple hundred posts to read, still, blechhhh, lol.

why the hell is alvey 189 and looks so bad at weighins? time to read up, lol. still haven't even looked up his opponent.

He took the fight on 10 days notice thinking it was at 205 and he was over 220 at the time. Largest cut of his life according to him.

I see Länsberg geting the edge standing and in the clich, Länsbergs style and experience will neutralise Ladds standup style, if Ladd gona get the TD she have to shoot. Länsberg hits hard so ladd cant move forward with here armaturer like boxing style, and Länsberg is hot

totally disagree i think ladd's boxing and weaving will defeat lansberg's no defence muay thai.

It is also possible that Kattar was a tough match up for Fili and Swanson was made to have trouble with a fighter like Lobob(at least early)

Also, I have thought for awhile Swanson is overrated

i really think kattar showed up as an improved version than what we saw on tape. even w/it being short notice. he was a different dude. was impressed.

Am I crazy liking Stasiak here? Seems many are against him online.

definitely not. i slightly lean him, too. but i think fight doesn't go 3 is better than either ML. think someone's gettin tapped.

OK guys do you want a laugh? Go to UFC.com, scroll down, look at the Cerrone/Till headshots, looks like my 5 y/o niece took Till's headshot

like they are as inconsistent from each other as a headshot can get

Man, Anthony Hamilton must be pissed that he flew to Poland and weighed in only to have his bout cancelled last minute by some Polish soccer rivalry he knows and cares nothing about.

Watched some tape on till

He leaves his chin up and his hands down and sometimes backs straight up. Relies on his reflexes for defense to set up the counter left.

Good straight left. Good left body kick. He knows that and throws it predominantly. Good Thai clinch work Quick. Strong. Has power.

Gasses after two good rounds.

I bet cerrone ml and fight doesn’t go distance. I think there’s good value on that line at -185. Don’t see the fight going 5 rds. If till gasses like he did against Dalby cowboy will absolutely slaughter him.

Took till rds 1 and 2 as a hedge at +700 and +900. if he doesn't catch cerrone early he’s in trouble with that gas tank.

Cerrone is the much better technical striker and he’s way more seasoned. He should win this fight but he does take damage, especially early in the fight.

He has a big advantage on the ground and I’m sure Jackson has this in his gameplan. Will probably hit cerrone itd sub and ko prop as well.

Hard to see this one going 5 rds

I’m looking for a good dog. Lansberg and nasrat come to mind. Going to watch some tape on these fights

Also like touchy fili and alves

Wow, looking at the MMA junkie picks, all 11 pick Piechota, you never see that. Maybe for an -700 favorite

No cerrone's head is actually that big

finally watched tape on the new people.

piechota seems pretty damned impressive to me. dangerous dude, skills everywhere, fairly strong resume for a guy in this kind of spot, too. hell, maybe arguably as strong as wilson's. i never rated wilson very highly. and i never like guys making first cut to lower weight (tho he looked good at weighin). i wish it was cheaper but i like this kid. hometown doesn't hurt.

emeev never stops coming forward, think thats the difference in his fight, but you can't play emeev -160 when O2.5 is like -170. makes no sense. he's not gonna finish alvey. even fat/missing-weight-alvey. (in fact i like that over)

haqparast is actually pretty impressive for a 22 year old. seems like he's trained with some good camps and he has good hands.. but man he was getting whooped against the only credible dude he's fought.. but he figured out a solution and started taking the dude down.. showed good cardio, good fight iq, etc. i'm pretty impressed by him. moreso than i expected. but man i still believe in held. seems like he's gonna get grapplefucked. but how do you even bet this fight? (besides passing, cause what fun is that!?) i don't think haqparast large dog stabs are a bad idea, but i tend to think he's getting tapped.

touahri also pretty impressive.. well rounded, to boot.. some good power... too bad it's on like a week's notice? i also always seem to overrate alves... and i wonder if this kid did his homework and understands just how threatening that guillotine is from warlley... if it was a full camp i'd prolly take a shot at the kid, but i think he's gonna get finished. and w/the short notice i don't think he can exploit alves' slowdown later in the fight (if it gets there)

pulled the trigger on blachowicz +140.

I'm also trigger happy, but my bookie gives it +129. I think that's not that much juice to gain. Hope it rises, but when it does I'm on him for the same reasons as you do.

Kalikas really likes Till to beat Cerrone by decision, oddly enough.
