Can you give your cliffs notes breakdown? I don't want to try to search your post history. I have small action on Bisping dec and was thinking of a bigger play on NOT GSP itd. But I want to hear what those betting GSP think. This is a hard fight to cap for me (for some obvious reasons) and I need to hear from someone who feels strongly that GSP is the play here.

Boys ! I'm starting to get fired up. What a card. The GSP return is just gravy. If he is dominant or gets a finish all the mma world will be talking about is his next fight. If his performance is more BJ Penn 2.0 than Jon Jones return (damn its hard to name a fighter who has made this sort of a comeback) we still have the best card of the year.

I'm really looking forward to tonight especially the Garbrandt/Dillashaw fight, the beef (feud) is real.

I wanna see how Dillashaw reacts when Garbrandt checks his chin in a 5 rounder.

Okay I managed to get a bet in on 5d. I think they might have their issue solved.

Took Rose sub +834 as my hedge to all my JJ -5.5 action. I really see this fight ending in only 1 of 3 ways:

JJ cruises to an easy dec (by far most likely)
Rose gets her back and chokes her out (unlikely)
JJ batters Rose and gets a TKO stoppage (highly unlikely)

Any other result would honestly truly shock me.

Ramos, Blayes DEC, Duffy, Brown, Gall/Brown Over 1,5, Masvidal DEC & Bisping. Lets go!

FOTN prolly goes to one of the titlefights but brown-gall should be pretty damn high-paced back and forth action.. +1100, lil stab

i don't agree w/the "truly shock" bit but i think it's a good combo.

i'm mostly on rose NSC. love it.

I took Harris fastest KO. Was really hoping for maybe +550. +400 is kinda meh, but I really do think he starches Godbeer pretty early. After getting fed to Werdum on that shortest of short notice, I think Walt wants to make a statement.

FOTN props...meh. TJ/Cody most likely gets it, but crap odds there. I guess I'm with EZ on Gall/Brown. +1100 is okay. Gall has that wild, rudimentary striking and will be super aggressive. And his aggressive grappling could lead to some nice scrambles possibly. Plus Sage clipped Gall once very solidly and Gall smiled at him and didn't look like a guy who's afraid to get hit and who can take a shot just fine. Outside the Main/co-main, this should be the favorite imo, even above Wonderboy/Mas based on expected activity level.

Sharp money coming in on Bisping.

as opposed to stupid money coming in on bisping?

i think michael going to win and im waiting to live bet him after the first round but i think its funny to assume its smart money moving the ine right now.

Just search it, most of my recent posts are related to that fight so will be easy to find

Maybe too strong a phrase? IDK, I think (as much as I love her) Rose's striking is getting overrated here. If I'm wrong and she makes this a dogfight, so be it. I really like her, so I'd live with the hit to my BR.

I am on Bisping, but this is kinda true

Wait then why aren't you betting NOT JJ ITD if you think it's highly unlikely. It's -240isg

The stupid money would be on the guy who was already regressing 4 years ago, whether he wins or not.

Haven't been following this forum much but Brown and Duffy are my two biggest ML plays.

Brown's striking is above average yeah. But the skill gap between him and Gall I think will be very noticeable. Brown's grappling is serviceable enough for this, Gall isn't a BJJ worldbeater for beating an old WWE guy and barely edging Sage "I tap to fake chokes" Northcutt with a lucky haymaker. Gall will gas fast too.

I actually like Vick and I thought he went under the radar for a while. But he can be suuuuper sloppy. Duffy's going to take advantage of his holes easily. Edit: For all of you talking about the striking being even or not much of a difference, remember that Vick is a guy who got KO'd by Michael Chiesa

Not that it always translates into MMA, but Gall is actually at an extremely elite level of bjj. He competes and does well at the highest level competitions. He was super competitive with Keenan Cornelius for example. It's not the same as MMA I know, but he's shown a good gas tank in the grappling competitions too.

Not that Brown is awful on the mat, but if Gall does put him on his back, it's advantage Gall. And not a small advantage, there's a big gap in the grappling.

That said, you are right in that Gall's striking is sloppy and basic. That said, because he's not afraid to mix it up and get hit (and seems to have a solid chin) he has a better chance than it seems he should of landing one of those sloppy punches. And he does throw them with some heat (see him clipping Sage with one).

I agree, probably dog or pass. Maybe I'll just hit a couple props really small on this one.
