Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series- Season 3

Picket looks like a righty practicing southpaw. Can he throw a left straight more than once in a fight?

Pickett has low confidence or something. Not using his tools, very hesitant.

feels bad pickett looked like he had the tools to win but it's not happening.

Should’ve just freerolled every fight tonight

Smh

What does it mean to freeroll the fights? Sorry for n00b question.
Playing the numbers

Had an opportunity in each fight.

Got Meeks at -300
De castro closed around +650

I could’ve took the 100 I stood to win on meek and bet it on de castro to win 650. It’s essentially a free play. If meek wins I win nothing. If de castro wins I win 350

I’d probably give contracts to loughnan goldy and de castro

i'm happy the big underdog heavyweight got a contract, he made me some monies

Inexperienced, limited, mediocre fighters in De Castro and Soriano get contracts, but Loughnane, who is a solid UFC caliber already, and soundly beat a borderline UFC opponent, doesn't.

What a shitshow.

I ended up freerolling Goldy as there's too many questions about her defensive grappling and these odds are way wide now. Probably add a few totals when they release but here's where I'm at as far as MLs go.

Pickett +330 $100

Loughnane +108 $540

Goldy $0 for $36
Robbins $0 for $218

Castro +675 $50

+$838. Should've left my Goldy action but what can ya do. BS that Loughnane didn't get signed.

Twitter.

But if you have a large unit size, pounding the openers hurts you because the books are limiting them with the purpose of gauging what the public thinks the line should actually be. So you're wagering very little, returning very little, and letting the books move the lines on the cheap.

And if you have low unit size, fine, but you're pissing off all the big guys.

Plenty of value can be found away from the openers.
Why don't the "Big Guys" hit openers that they think will lose to move the odds. Then when the limits improve later on unload on who they think will really win?

Glad I didn't go too big on this. What a horrible performance by Meeks, getting TKOed by leg kicks. Wish I threw a wager on De Castro. Dana let everyone know that they better go for the finish, so hopefully there are more stoppages next week. Small 2.25 unit loss with the main event going the distance.

I know for a fact they tried on the Meeks opener. As soon as it was propped up to -185 is was hammered even harder.

The irony though...

Without getting too specific, some do.

Btw at 5Dimes the lines only move if you bet 50% or more of your max allowed limit. If anyone's betting $50 while having $100 limits it would be appreciated if you bet $49.99 or something like that.

Does this moron not understand how difficult it is to finish a tough opponent like Algeo, especially at 145 pounds? It's nothing like stopping a half-decent wrestler with virtually no other MMA skills who is dying of oxygen deprivation after 3 minutes and crumples to a competent leg kick at heavyweight.

Rhetorical question. Of course this fat idiot doesn't. Dana White doesn't even understand shit about boxing going by his imbecilic comments about Ruiz.

lol i only taped the first & bet the other ones based on tapology stats. had to have some action.

This was a very poor season debut and then even worse signings. Both are not UFC ready IMO.

Bet based on tapology stats? You must not value your money much lol

Robbins is a pure soccer mom and old. Got finished by my girl Big Country Cifers in round 1 and went to splits with bums and I knew Pickett was hesitant as fuck + Puna had the wrestling. Was pretty easy to cap and I only bet a little amount just for fun. It works more often than not at this level of competition.
