I am currently dieting down as a competition against a friend to see who can get the leanest by our holiday.
I am currently at about 10/11% body fat and I am looking for something to give me a little edge to cut the last few %.
I recently went into a local supplement shop that is perhaps not the most above board and asked the guy what he would recommend. His answer = T5.
However, after using it for a few days I noticed that it seemed to cause a shrivelling that my girlfriend was not happy about - I’ll say no more! The guy at the shop said it was because of the trace amounts of speed in the T5, dunno if this is right but I can’t put up with that.
Any other recommendations that won’t have this side effect?
