What is an effective Fat burner with no speed in the ingredients

I am currently dieting down as a competition against a friend to see who can get the leanest by our holiday.

I am currently at about 10/11% body fat and I am looking for something to give me a little edge to cut the last few %.

I recently went into a local supplement shop that is perhaps not the most above board and asked the guy what he would recommend. His answer = T5.

However, after using it for a few days I noticed that it seemed to cause a shrivelling that my girlfriend was not happy about - I’ll say no more! The guy at the shop said it was because of the trace amounts of speed in the T5, dunno if this is right but I can’t put up with that.

Any other recommendations that won’t have this side effect?
 
If I was in your shoes there is nothing i would buy. Results wouldn't be worth the 20 bucks for a bottle.

See the evidence for these - all of them are either speed/caffeine, do nothing, do a tiny bit but have serious potential side effects.

Garcinia Cambogia or Glucomannan may increase weight loss very slightly and dont appear to have side effects other that digestive issues but if you are at 11% we are probably talking about the net effect of skipping one cookie or going for an extra run. So just skip the cookie or go for the run and don't cause yourself crazy gas.

Dunno why you are dieting if you are seriously at 11%. You should have abs and shit by now.

Oh an next time your girlfriend gives you shit, gently suggest the dong problems are her fault. She will work extra hard to fix them and your bond will grow stronger.
 
Yohimbine HCL can work if you take the right dose, keep your blood sugar/insulin levels low, and don't exercise hard 5 hours or so after taking it. It may have other effects that you and your lady will enjoy but I'm certainly not recommending you take it.

It's not for the faint of heart.....literally.
 
Do not consume T5! The best way to remove fat is, oddly enough, to consume more fat. One gram of fat gives two times more energy than proteins and carbohydrates; also unsaturated fat is not deposited in excess weight. It is better not to eat a lot of carbohydrates, but to eat fiber with vegetables (especially leafy ones).

As for sports, you need to do high-intensity interval training (hiit).
 
T5 ??? WTF is that? Sounds like a marketing gimmick on the medical use of T4 (thyroid medication). You should probably stay away from it.

Going by modern pro cycling methods of cheating -- where dropping a bunch of fat when you're already skinny as fuck is a significant advantage -- the answer is: T4 + clenbuterol. I would not suggest fucking around with this stuff, I'm just answering the OP question.

Both of these ingredients have been banned from all diet & fat burning pills.
They've been banned for more than a decade in the US & Canada.

So veg + fibre is good advice. But lol telling someone fat is twice as calorically dense must be the worst selling point.

Also unsaturated fat isn't olestra. If you eat too much you will get fatter.

A stack Tim ferris recommends is

High Allison garlic extract
350mg decaffeinated EGCG
Policosanol
250mg alpha lipoid acid 3 times a day before meals
Once before bed minus the EGCG

Tried it, definitely a nice little hack for burning fat

A few other things, a tsp of cinnamon / shot of apple cider vinegar before every meal.

Intermittent fasting / time restricted eating. 4-8 hour eating window, 16-20 hour fasting window, eating all meals before 6pm

Ice baths every day

Sounds like someone just lost 10 lbs on keto and is really fucking excited about it.
 
Lower calories, understanding when to raise calories if progress stalls, and cardio when it makes sense.
