Lower calories. Lower carbs. Lower fat.
Honestly, eat just sirloin steaks for a week and you will keep most your muscle and shred fat like nothing. Can mix in some ribeyes but the calorie density makes it harder to be in a negative caloric balance.
Unless you find some ephedra, there is very little worth taking. Most of it is a complete waste of time.
