Long story...he's alleging fraud and breach of contract on Dana's part. Essentially he is saying as part of his guilty plea Dana was to pay him for his silence. Dana didn't and so he can't extort him twice. So he's really just making Dana's life miserable. My understanding is Dana has been married since before the UFC got big and likely does not have a prenup.

Unfortunately for the convict, lawsuit guy, it's almost impossible to embarrass Dana. His own mother denounced him, but he didn't care.

That is something I still cant wrap my head around. Sure his mother seems like a piece of work but if only half of what she told is true Dana honestly is a complete piece of shit.

Just the story about his grandmother. How much of an asshole do you have to be to let your grandma rot in a trailer while you have made millions.

Only people I know who behave like that are either abused in childhood or just well utter pieces of shit. Kind of sad because its not only about his mother, but it seems thats how he treats his whole family.

Something like this should make people wary about how media is now portraying Dana as the victim. He has a lot of power and that is in part what is said in the media and how it is said.
