UFC on ESPN 9 Woodley vs. Burns PBP/Discussion

I don’t think many people would have been confident saying that the same t-wood was gonna show up as the usman fight.
He shows up every time the same. I dare to even say exactly the same. The only difference is who is in front of him.

The way to beat Tyron is simple
  1. find a way to not get one shot ko'ed by that right and
  2. don't reduce your output to nothing because you are afraid by the aforementioned right hand
He'll give the fight right away if you put enough resistance. And history can tell you, it doesn't take that much of a resistance. Jake Shields found a way god damn it. Thompson got hurt bad and almost finished in the both fights and still was a scorecard away of being champ.

T-Wood was the same vs. Till. Just Till is Till. He has awful defence and he didn't throw anything to make Tyron second guess himself as usual. You see the stats, Till threw nothing in this fight. Nothing!

@Kyle Stephens

I mentioned before that my picks were locked in two weeks ago in a parlay because I thought t-Wood at -155 was a great price all things considered. Had I read up on some of yours and others analysis’ of how t-Wood is a rudimentary version of Yoel pretty much, I would have avoided the juice or picked burns (I probably wouldn’t have picked Burns, I could never put my money on someone named Gilbert).

what you mentioned about t-Wood is true. But what is also true is that if you want to be elite, you need to be all in on the sport, you can’t be washed, and you need a good corner. What drove me insane was how much of a cheerleader din Thomas was being. I had my doubts about din Thomas long ago because he seemed like the type to love the limelight...

I ultimately only lost $50 to win around 5k and yeah I’m bummed tf out but I learned a lesson just like I do every fight card. My betting is also go big or go home. My money maker is MLB and I can’t just slowly work my way up with UFC, parlay or bust with MMA for me.

I hope you had a green night. I was a bit ‘high’ because I really thought t-Wood had a bad night out, had 15 months to get his shit together, his “escape” to Thailand where he isolated himself (did we even see one kick out of t-Wood, I’m shaking my head to sleep tonight),. T-Wood clinching Gilbert in the later rounds showed me that he just didn’t want to take damage and wanted to go home.

Actually he addressed me first. So.
Maybe tell him to stop calling people douchey. This is the exact shit i said earlier about some people being like highschool girls trying so hard to be cool.
Dawg. I'm not flexing. You can't call for someone to act like the police when you're the one doing it.

@Gugabe picks always dogs because of +number so I woudlnt give him to much credit
You are an inbred retard and I only unignored you because you recently started the UFC 250 thread and I wanted to browse it. You're now ignored again. Let adults talk. Do not starts any more threads, go home and get your fuckin shinebox.

Nice night. Ugh I just hate myself for taking Woodley. Burns always makes me money. I just thought no way Woodley doesnt crack that chin... I also had under..

I had a decent night of profit for the 3rd event in a row which is nice

Had Dern rd1 sub £30 on £135 back
Either fighter to win by sub Elliot/Royval £10 on £25 back
Roberts to win by sub £10 on £35 back
Durinho to win £15 on £35.83 back

For my losses:
Put money on T-Wood RD1 at 7/1 as i figured he may blast Burns early
Lost money on Klidson to win outright and win by sub
Had a Kenney/Carlyle double and honestly thought Carlyle had done enough to win

Ah well onwards and upwards fellas
