Muscle Strength Ratios and Muscle Balance

Preacher curl
Concentration curl
Drag curl
Zottman curl
Hammer curl
Pinwheel curl

Not enough trap, ab, and calf work IMO.

Are you against concentration curls?

No one even sees that stuff when you're wearing your favorite Affliction shirt and Ed Hardy jeans.

I see pretty badass full body workouts here, guys. I am sure most MMA fighters stick to such type of workouts. And about the guy on the picture, we can be sure for 2 things- he is not taking and shit to help his muscles and he is training for pure functional strength. :)

Why ther back squats seem redundant for you? And by the way- welcome in the club of the gentlemen without racks! :) It is very annoying, because my back squat is limited to my ability to throw the barbell on my back and after this to lift it back and put it on the ground.
:)

its good to do both squats, what i meant was that, if im already pulling heavy deadlifts, ive always felt that front squats are a better compliment to that as they put the emphasis on the abs and quads, whereas backsquats have the emphasis on the glutes, hams, hips and lower back which i am already hitting with deadlifts.
They arent redundant in the sense that they arent worth doing, and there is a school of thought that says not to deadlift and to keep the focus on squatting, but, with my setup (no rack) I find fronts to be a better compliment to deads, so i dont worry about it.

Exactly same here, man. I can't lift heavy weights and to put them on my back, so I go hard with the deadlift and finish myself with squats. I recently found out that the front squats, indeed are better option after DD. Also keep in mind that if your legs are too far away from each other, you again push more your glutes and hams, especially the glutes. If you want to go heavy with the squats and you don't have rack, you can try the hack squats. :)

Adnan, you're doing back squats and you don't have a rack?
That's pretty psycho. So many other squat/leg options out there

Man, I don't use have weights. Also I combine the squats with other squats and other leg exercises. And yeah- it is quite hard to put the barbell on your back, even when the weights are light. :)
