sherdog is actually an amazing tool for learning if you use it to supplement proper coaching.
there are some extremely knowledgeable posters on here and i have learnt quite a bit from the likes of @shincheckin @Sinister @j123 @DoctorTaco and of course yours truly. only the arrogant or stupid don't seek knowledge from any source available.
sometimes you have to learn a bit before you can evaluate the quality of the information, but that is all part of the process.

ive learned a ton from the guys here. I’ve met a few sherdoggers IRL and even made the Mecca to Johnny Toccos to work with @Sinister for a few hours. There are drills and metaphors I picked up there that I still use
