Media Mike Perry Confirmed Sold Corner Spot to Redditor For UFC 255

It's all relative. If you make a very good living, 10k is not a substantial spend, more akin to going on a nice vacation.

Just about any super-fan would think its cool to get to go fully integrated behind the scenes in a UFC fight, to the point that you experience being a corner and all the access and experiences that entails. Perry is just an available vessel in this case.
"an available vessel" I like that

You have a good way with words

Couldn't of.
Wouldn't of.
What's going on in the US? Why do (some) Americans make more mistakes than guys who learned English at school? Is this deliberate? Wtf

For the brilliant minds here on Sherdog, what exactly is a "49"?
Bear in mind I am a total, filthy casual. So go easy on me.

Just shows (IMHO) that he is semi-desperate about money to be SELLING a corner-spot to someone for 10k.

Which would explain this (today) :

he's had time to think about it, and now he very probably regrets the US$27,000 he had to give to Tim Means (missed weight by 4.5lbs penalty) and also he didn't train enough to win the fight and give himself a strong chance of getting the associated U$90,000 win bonus.

Someone like Perry is just gonna smash thru that "small" (in his mind) amount of cash he got from last w/e cos he has almost zero budgetary control etc.

Therefore.....after a few days reflection ... the "I'm annoyed" tweet above.

Wtf do you got a PhD in Mike Perry?

Great career investment. Guy reminds me of those people who “hustle” to make a small amount in the short run instead of being smart and making real money.

Poverty Mike Perry trying to work around the system again. Clever little fellow...

This guy's a retard, and after his next loss he'll be headlining BKFC cards.

That's pretty tite but if Mike wants to win he needs to hire one of us to get him motivated. S/

It's because we use contractions so much in American English. "Could have" becomes "could've" which is pronounced the same as "could of" would be pronounced, so a lot of people think it is in fact "could of" instead of "could have" or "could've"

It would have been hilarious is Darren Till was in his corner. That would have been fun. "MATE you're losing it out there, stop being such a shitty fighter and beat this guy already so we can go home" or some shit like that. Hilarious.

"move yer head ya fat fooken muppet!"

"you're flatter than a dead fooken donkey!"

"you can't be tired already you lazy fat fook!"

Redditor will probably just stand in the corner yelling out tired reddit comments like "Username checks out!" and "Came to say this!".
