Easiest to make meal that is satisfying

A cheese toastie always does the job. Better if you have pesto, mozarella and brown bread. Couple of those and youre sorted.

Sugar sandwich. Butter some bread, dip buttered side onto a plate of sugar.

Guinness : buy one, open, drink.

Steak : bring to room temp, few minutes on pan, let it rest while you go smoke a bowl.

If you want something baller - chop garlic real fine, get pan hot as fuck, olive oil, add garlic and red pepper flakes, after a min add white wine, cook down a bit, add clams then throw in some al dente pasta.

It's an eric ripert recipe iirc

$2 steaks from Winco or Top Ramien when you’re hungry is hard to beat, I always threw an egg in for sustenance.

picky bastards.

Tuna pasta bake.

Cook any sort of short pasta.
Put pasta + baking sauce, mornay or something, in to oven proof dish.
Add Frozen vegetables.
Add Can of tuna.
Mix
Put cheese on top, put in an oven.

Tasty, easy and Shortest shelf life is cheese in a fridge.
Can't say it's overly quick but fucking filling, easy AF and idiot proof. For years was the Sunday dinner after every big Saturday night.

Bowl of rice + eggs is a top 5 dish for me. Costs 50 cents and also happens to be delicious.

A cool cold dish : smoked herring potato sald

Skin and boil potatoes, let them cool
Cut them in little parts, same with the smoked herring, put them together
Add whatever onions / shallots / herbs / spices / sald you like
Add whatever oil you like

Enjoy your good fats and prots

Rahman noodle spaghetti. Just noodles and sauce. It's awesome.

least effort:
toast and a handfull of grapes.

when I'm patient:
sushi

Cheesy sausage shells.
Buy the store brand of shells and cheese, the kind with a pouch of cheese product enclosed - Velveeta if you're feeling fancy
Buy one pound of hot sausage
Prepare the pasta shells, cook the sausage, then combine them with the pouch-o-cheese.
Wife and kids love it (picky eaters). If I double it, I have at least 2 lunches later in the week and one midnight raid by my teenage son.

I make an easy beef and cabbage casserole.

Brown some ground beef and onions.
Salt and pepper to taste
Crushed garlic
Thyme
Add some thinly sliced cabbage
Add a can of chopped tomatoes with the juice
Add some rice
Transfer everything to a oven dish and bake until the rice and cabbage is done.

If you're a lazy piece of shite you can eat a can of ravioli out of the can

Egg bowl.

Scramble eggs.
Cook REAL bacon.
Fry diced potatoes in the bacon grease.
Drain the grease, put the eggs, broken up bacon, fried taters, and shredded cheese together in a bowl. Eat it.

Watch your chest hair grow. Wrestle a bear. Fell a forest of redwoods. Ignore your cholesterol.

Mashed potatos with grilled chicken. Wtf are all those long ass recipes.

Beans and rice.

Boil beans in a pot of water, add sauteed vegetables and meats (optional), add rice and seasonings.

Ramen with an insane amount of hot sauce, hot pepper flake, and an extra sodium/seasoning packet is one of my favorite meals
