Saying money will go to build a gym means nothing. 50k could go to the gym and the rest to marketing and admin.

All dustin has to do is post a clip of the email saying conor, here is the details:

$400k will go towards building a new gym (see attached quote from the GC we have retained and their proposal, design and contract documents) , 50k will go to existing programs, 25k to marketing and 25k to administration.

Conor would be dead to rights.
