PFL 2021 #1: Regular Season

collard could chill entire 3rd round and win, that was a 10-8 in 2nd round

I wish Schulte spent some time training with Trevor Wittman so he could get the same treatment as Gaethje

Well that almost gave me a heart attack, what a chin on Collard

R1: Collard
R2: Collard
R3: Pettis, but it was close before the head kick.

Cassius Clay Collard 2-1.

Dogs are roaring this card. Same old Pettis who can't deal with pressure. Showed some bad fight IQ in that 3rd round as well. He should have forced Collard to stand up and finish him off after that head kick.

Yup he blew it. Man PFL is amazing so many big dogs won today, it was a mistake to go small on them. I enjoy the production quality and stuff in general, this is better than bellator for me.

Does this trend continue on to tomorrows card? Just to be safe, I might have to parlay a bunch of dogs for no good reason

collard itd bettors got shafted, that shoulda been stopped in the 2nd round imo.

Anthony Pettis has a total of 2 take downs during the past 9.5 years.

I'm not sure how good Clay's TDD is in 2021, but Pettis has never been good at taking people down -- he's just a medium volume technical striker with good BJJ.

My bets:

• Clay Collard +425 $10 for $42.50
• Clay Collard +415 $20 for $83
• Bubba Jenkins decision +672 $5 for $33.60

I wouldn't say so, Pettis is washed and everyone knew his best days were long gone by the time he left UFC. An upset sure but not overly shocking imo. And Bubba Jenkins beat Lance Palmer in a few wrestling matches back in the day so there was groundwork laid for an upset there too.

Not particularly comparable to the form Usman / Shevchenko are in tomorrow imo, don't expect too many dogs to bark on the main card.

I’m on Rodriguez in the LFA main event. Blindly going with the dog. Seems like that sort of night.
