They do, but the NWA guys had it individually, and were able to go off on their own and produce better music, better careers, and more accolades than Public Enemy did as a group.
I suppose Public Enemy was the better group in that sense, since they've stayed together, but NWA had the better individual rappers comprising their group and are more well known. At least Dre, Cube, and Eazy. Ren is way underrated though, imo, and that's sad, bc he was the second best rhyme in that group, and the gap between him and Eazy/Dre is huge.
