Fully agree man. You cannot predict or police a mental break. This lad has gone fucking berserk. People do that. You cannot put heavy surveillance on every single person who has a mental break, there will always be a nutter that snaps. It's human nature and a very sad fact of life.

The point I'm trying to make is by bending over backwards to accommodate everyone and be inclusive, that STILL won't stop atrocities.
