Social Which job would you have chosen?

Wonder if it's anything like Seattle. We had a few police sue the city because they were made to clean up homeless camps and got some disease from it. Our country is falling and I don't know why people are still dying to get here but they come.

Fat, fat and oil! You certainly made a good choice by hiring an outsider. The kitchen takes the absolute longest to clean. And the worst surfaces are always around the oven and ventilation and what you can find behind the white goods.

Previously I worked in the property department. Among the tasks was to give approval to the people who could not get housing due to lack of income and I also had inspection.

A large part of those who needed us as a creditor to get a lease then got a subcontract. If they managed for 1 year with managed bill payments and that you were otherwise a good neighbor, they could take over the contract so that it then became a first-hand contract.

To then take the group with single people as an example, I have come across some grotesque cases. In those rare cases where a social service is involved and where communication has been non-existent, it has been able to develop into very unpleasant discoveries. Some of these individuals also have mental problems and mental health care which is very absent as there is a lot of pressure within that department. The result is that these very lonely people have been forgotten and they live in an apartment for a couple of years before some neighbor discovers that there is a disgusting smell coming from the apartment and calls the owners of the property.

In precisely these rare cases, you then try to contact the tenant and if you don't get an answer, we can then enter the residence to check what is going on. The scenario could be 2. That the individual has already left the apartment or that he is in the residence and is then told to move out of the apartment because he has destroyed the apartment.

In these extreme cases, residents have used practically everything in the apartment as a single ashtray. Walls, floors, etc. with cigarette marks. Mold everywhere, kitchen stuff that has been piled into a mountain with visible mold. Stops in the toilet that were not reported, several buckets in the apartment that were then used as a temporary poo place. Yellow foul-smelling urine residues in both the sink and shower that were used as urinals.

You know what's so tragic? That a 7-year-old who is given the task of writing down what kind of dream job you want when you grow up. Very often you see as first choice professional soccer player or gang leader.

In the city where I work, the cultural map is like a mosaic. With each passing time, this map becomes more dominant and spreads to all neighborhoods. For having discussed obvious problem areas 15 years ago, today one can only state that the problems have spread almost all over the city. The reality is that we have extra high salaries for teachers, sometimes double salary. All to attract Swedish-speaking teachers. Right now, unfortunately, due to lack of a qualified teacher base, we have had to employ support teachers who act as unauthorized teachers. Their only advantage is that they know a language other than Swedish.

From this base of young people, 2 out of 3 (boys) leave primary school with incomplete grades. In order to tackle the problems, the school authority has then decided to make it possible to still apply with grades that are not normally sufficient. This is happening, among other things, with the police, who right now want more diversity and are therefore lowering the requirements for those who come from MENA areas.

We call this arbitrary discrimination.

It is not an easy task we have to help with employment. But we are talking about the workers of our future who will make our country push on.

The thing is now that the construction industry as a whole is trying to weed out those who have no education. On the other hand, boys with incomplete grades are guided into construction courses. Since the construction industry is crying out for a qualified workforce, that particular education is very future-proof.

I do not think so. Here's at least a taster.

Laws that have come into effect recently are.

- Forced marriage is punishable.

- Honor violence is punishable.

- Libraries and swimming pools can ban people with offensive behavior.

And so is the question. Why do we need such laws in my country at all?

sounds like some old world stuff, probably in the eastern area of europe or in the muslim countries, maybe the govt is trying to get you guys up to the times. or more likely, trying to retrain an immigrant pop.


We had some muslim kill his two teen daughters because they were acting slutty in his eyes. Don't know what was going through his head when he had his kids here. I always tell my immigrant buddy that our kids ain't worth a shit and are bad influences. It's like these fucks don't even think about those things before it happens. Then they go nuts.

It´s a Nordic Country.

We experience a different problem with the minority than the one you have in the United States.

My understanding is that when you americans get into discussions about schooling and black youth on average performing worse than Asians, I hear from one side that children who grow up with single mothers with an absent father are doomed to fail. While I also hear that the day the US stops institutionalized racism against blacks and stops throwing black men in jail, maybe the kids have a chance to succeed in school if both parents are there to support them.

I often think of division when I read americans back and forth discussions on this subject

In my country, the boys from MENA countries who perform poorly in school usually come from a family that is not divided. Where family is most important. An opposite picture of the blacks who live in vulnerable areas in the United States.

It is a difficult topic with different answers.

sounds different I guess. To be honest though, none of our students are all that brilliant. I think the stats would bear that out. I think the country is just going down in a million ways, not just one and along with the global issues that exist, I don't think it's going to get better.

Either way, I try like hell to remind myself that the zombies that I see wandering all over the place, into traffic without the slightest notice of what's going on around them, I try to remind myself that they are a product of this country and it's values.

Being outside sounds nice until the weather turns bad and the only reason I'd choose 3 is if 1 & 2 were particularly dangerous due to the area.
 
I'd go with #1 but in the US most municipal buildings (not counting highschools) are treated with respect and are air conditioned.
 
Municipal cleaner, it's a government position.

Those usually come with good pay and good benefits.
 
I value this immensely and will keep your choices in mind.

For my own part, the choice would have been easy as outdoor activities would have been nice.

Now it's also not about them having to work 8 hours a day. It is about breaking a vicious circle and exclusion. They work 50-75 percent and a little more money in the coffers than what they normally receive in the form of financial support. With this, we want them to come in harmony and for it to be worthwhile to work. If they also feel like taking up one of the work-oriented courses, it is worth its weight in gold.
