A question for sherdog: Why are you rooting for Pereira and not Izzy?

So why do I root for Pereira then? Well for one I like his fighting style. He's a heckin' hard hitter. That left hook is deadly. He goes for the kill always. I root for the Stoic Poatan merely because we can afford having our girls and boys sleeping in their own bed in their own room, without having to crowd in one bathtub a la Khabib

This post and the amount of likes it got just proves that you and the vocal majority of sherdog have absolutely no real world awareness on things. To say Israel isn't charismatic is completely asinine. You are either blinded by hate, simply dumb or both.

And just to be clear for those who are confused, just because you don't find a person likeable doesn't mean they aren't charismatic. Just because you might consider someone polarizing doesn't mean they aren't charismatic.

This response proves you are dumb. I'm a fan of Israel. Anyone familiar with me knows that. But I've been an mma fan and a member here waaaay before Israel ever fought. That doesn't make me bias on the subject. And this AV certainly isn't evidence of that.

You on the other hand, have shown yourself to be an unapologetic hater. How can you say I'm the one showing bias when you are the one guilty and projecting.

Educate yourself on what charisma actually is and get back to me.

I agree. I downplayed Izzy in my first comment. He def have charisma, which is why he has many fans. You were correct that I really really hate him as a person. You may argue that I don't know him very personally and that is correct, I can only judge from what I have seen and I hate it.

Although I have to admit that I enjoy him as a fighter, and thinks he is a fun addition to a pretty stale division in middleweight.

All the weird and goofy personalities of the middleweight division is why it's one of my favorites. Including Paulo Costa, although I wish he was more active. If everyone had the personality of Whittaker then it wouldn't be as much fun. And we wouldn't appreciate Whittaker's personality as much.

Because Izzy makes most of sherdog very uncomfortable. I like both guys a lot, but I'm hoping Izzy can get this one back.

The personality is fun, it's the quality of the fighters that put me off. Outside of Rob, Poatan and Izzy, there is not really anyone worth watching the last few years. Hopefully Dollidze, Khamzat, Bo Nickal can really rise and be an interesting challenger.
