I'm in the market for a new gi and I'm trying to figure out which is the best one to get. My last few have been "from my guy in Pakistan." This time I'm looking from a brand name that has the latest technology. (Moisture wicking/anti microbial/lightweight/competition approved/bad ass looking/with a matching soft black belt with white tip)
I have an old Fuji that i like and a discontinued Moya that is barely hanging on. I didn't have good luck with my origin years ago. Atama looks pretty cool these days. Shoyorall of course...

Does anybody just love their fancy gi?

I'm 6'1" and 212 lbs. Sometimes an A3 fits better than an A4. I see a lot of A3w out there.
Thanks for helping me out!

The best judo gi I've had was made by Mizuno. Fitted like a glove and was very comfortable. They were also very helpful when it came to getting the right size which had been hard for me in the past.

Kauai kimonos is great. Not sure if they still make gis but they are the lightest gis ever. Super easy for someone to grip though. But yeah if you live in a hot or humid place 10/10

Just get a Fuji. They last forever and are greatly priced. Fuck all that fancy shit.
