It could happen in the right scenario, but as of right now there are many more options for both fighters. Either could get a shot at Topuria. Max has a lot of options if he and the UFC decide to stay at LW. Maybe something that could happen in 2025, but it would only happen if Max cuts in line...

Was in Japan a little over a week ago. Blooms were a little late so we didn't seen any significant blooms in Osaka or Kyoto, but Tokyo was peaking. Here's one from Kawagoe.

RIP braddah Akebono. Dude was one of the big 3 sumo legends out of Hawaii. I remember seeing him in person when I was a teenager. At that time he was the biggest person I've ever seen in real life. This was right around the time he was promoted to Yokozuna in the early 90s.

Even so I think the odds are low. The only way I see his chin cracked is if Justin beats the shit out of Max first and in panic or survival mode. I think Max's boxing and conditioning will prevail especially if handles Justin's power and puts on his typical high volume pressure. We will see though.

Are people forgetting Max has never been knocked down let alone KO'd? Not saying it can't happen, but although Justin hits hard, I think the odds are still pretty low. This will be a difficult fight for Justin as much as it will be for Max, however with Max superior boxing, faster, higher volume...
