    I just got Never Gymless this week and it's great if you are operating with little to no equipment. If you have dumbells, sandbags etc, then Infinite Intensity is probably better for you. Either way, you can't go wrong.

    For those who do the Bas Rutten all around workout...

    When I hear Bas say 'Defense and 4' I could cry. The sprawls are the killers for me but I always feel awesome after I complete the workout.

    Are you sure it wasn't BMI it was measuring? Body Mass Index is an utterly useless measurement and with it giving you a value of around 26% it sounds like that could be what was measured.
