I agree with you. I still thought Yan won a very competitive fight, but Suga definitely deserves to be in the mix with the top guys in the division. If he can improve his wrestling, then he'd be a tough fight for a lot of guys.
Charlie Olives has a great Muay Thai-based offensive bag, for sure. After the initial knockdowns, he also shows what I think is a underrated ability to adjust to his opponent's tendencies and timing to really put the pressure on. Like others have said, his striking defense still isn't ideal...
I loved the Chute Boxe fighters from their golden era, so seeing Charlie Olives become so successful while representing them has been fantastic to witness! I just hope that they're not continuing the old tradition of gym wars because that can really affect Charles' longevity..
I love the gesture by Charlie Olives since I love both guys, but Tony can't handle Chute Boxe-style training at this stage of his career :/ Idk how much Tony would even be able to learn at this point so late into his career
