Context does not matter I guess when all you plan to do is nuthug. DC's resume is overrated. He went 1-2 with Stipe, beat an out of prime Mir in an absolute stinker, and ragdolled Barnett (legit). We does this high praise come from. His other wins are over semi notable fighters and knock it off...
I go with Nog no doubt. Cormier is pretty overrated, utilizing an incredibly boring wall and stall style once he found success.
The people saying he would toss Nog around must be swayed by a couple highlights from DC's career. Nog was at one point the best HW in the world and continued to be...
The numbers speak for themselves, I've never watched a PPV specifically for a flyweight fight. I know there's a fanbase for small weight classes but it's a minority among hardcore fans let alone casuals.
Mighty mouse is a great fighter and bummer he had that sort of treatment but I've never...
The idea of professional fighters Dm'ing each other about how bad they are going to beat each other up is comical in its own way. Let alone calling your opponent weird while asking him to suck your d****.
Yes hes got the expanding forehead going on. Haha yea, that choice was taken from me a few years ago. The guy in the suit was part of Kennedy's security detail. Someone's got to watch for Hitler while Tim rolls
I got to go to a Tim Kennedy seminar recently. It was a cool experience, the total event was about 3 hours. Kennedy is one energetic dude and engaging instructor. He did a good job making you feel like he cared about what he was doing and had some wicked humor. He even hung around after to...
Agreed those names on his resumes would be unreachable for anyone else to match. The Werdum loss was wrenching, thankfully I was pregaming to go out that night which soften the blow. People will always overrate the current fighters but with a little better management post affliction there should...
I think the standing guillotine sequence in the first Alex had did a lot to gas Jan out. I expected the pure striking to go to Alex and the overall fight to Jan, which is my opinion. However all that being said Alex looked strong enough to compete at 205 so I'm excited for that.
Alex's output was mainly calf kicks and straights to the body. I'm not saying Alex didn't land some good strikes but Jan landed to the head almost twice as much. Add that to his bullying of Alex and I think it was clear cut. I'm not sure what Alex did striking wise that impressed everyone so much.
Alex is a striker to be feared and I'm a fan but Jan hung with him. Most of Alex's sig strikes are calf kicks and straights to the body. I favor the head strikes from Jan which were plentiful.
Plus everyone seems to think Alex wasn't gassed by the third. If there were additional rounds, Jan would have controlled Alex as he was able to dictate where the fight went.
You think I give a fuck what everyone thinks? I've been a fan for long time and have seen hundreds of fights and trained for years, I can form my own opinion by now.
