    Are optics necessary?

Necessary? No. I like dots on everything but on pistols a nice fiber optic sight is good as well. I'm faster and more accurate with a dot from any distance. I was hitting a 16" gong at 150 yards with my G17 with red dot. I'm fine with irons out to 50 but the irons start becoming so large...

Taste and smell and it's not even remotely close for me. I'm shocked people would give up hearing. Sight, touch hearing, taste, smell

Movies First Blood vs. Predator - Which is the better film?

I think first blood is the better movie. I'd rather watch predator and personally like it more but I still think first blood is the "better film".

This. I'd imagine it's similar to a crime/death scene cleaner but worse.

Yes but the mags had significant problems. Bought a 14 rounder that was lucky to reliably feed. Sent it back. Read constant issues about them online.

Imo the nx8/nxs series is over priced. If you can get into an atacr they are phenomenal.

    Nightforce scopes

I'm not a huge fan of the NX8/NXS series or Christensen. I've seen a lot of qc issues with Christensen. I have a friend that bought their titanium lightweight hunting rifles. Screws were loose, didn't shoot well, etc. Spent some time googling more about them and found thread after thread. If...

    The .45 Caliber Dead

I have zero interest in 45 sub compact or single stacks in general. Tbh why get a full-size 45 when you can get 1 CM. Only kinda joking. I have a Sig P227 in 45. I like it. It's actually kind of disappointing how few rounds the P220 and now discontinued P227 have. Should have been 13 rounds...

    What's Your Next Purchase? V6

Your first Geissele install might take a bit longer to get the hammer pin in place, fighting the spring tension. But beyond that it's pretty simple.

    What's Your Next Purchase? V6

You're right it'll be better. I don't use a vice, shouldn't need a punch set. You can use like an Allen key to push out the trigger pin. They shouldn't be so tight that it's needed to be punched out. Just a firm push.
