Does ‘upright row’ is legit exercise or can cause any future problems with the middle delts?
I’m perform it with ez barbell.
I just saw couple videos about it in youtube and trying to understand if it series or fake news.
My training routine:
A:
Chest:
Bench press- 4 sets of 10 reps 1 min rest.
Incline dumbbell press- 4 sets of 10 reps 1 min rest.
Chest fly- 3 sets of 10 reps 1 min rest
Biceps:
Ez barbel curl- 3 sets of 10 reps 1 min rest.
Dumbel hammers- 3 sets of 10 reps 1 min rest.
7-7-7 dumbel- 3 sets of 10...
For getting stronger and body shaping of course, competitions are not my cup of tea.
I thought about it but as far i understand they both working more or less on the same muscle groups so it can be useless and injury risky .

Seated dumbel shoulder press- 4 sets of 10 reps.
Seated lateral raises- 3 sets of 10 reps.

One more weird question:
Does Arnold Press with dumbbells on sitting bench working on the rare delts? As far i understand strong and balanced rare delts can fix posture problems.
