Reading this, I don't see any reason they offer ANY plea deal to Cain since they hold all the cards here. They can just say "You're getting the Max" and there's nothing Cain or his Attorney can do about it. This whole situation is going to be fucked up regardless.

I think the fact that the judge is willing to make inadmissable the actual MOTIVE for Cain is reason enough to get this in front of another judge. The trial can't be fair if the defendant isn't allowed to defend himself. l@nd0
