Whew...anyway.... for most people, no, as long as you continue to train you'll keep your gains already made, just not continue to gain at whatever improved rate you were previously while on cycle.
Incredibly effective (and annoying as hell) technique if done properly. Problem is, newbies want to use it and end up blowing out knees because they lack the skill and accuracy. On a side note, helluva scrap video there!
That's a beautiful sight to behold. Great hand speed and solid technique. A little front leg dominant but otherwise top notch pad work. Wish more people would watch that and learn how it's supposed to be done.
