Even missing weight by one pound should result in a purse deduction but if you are overweight by 5+ pounds then the fight should be called off. You shouldn't be allowed to fight if you miss weight by that much.
20% of the other guy's purse is 2k. His opponent missed weight by 5 pounds which is huge for FLW and you still want to him to take the fight for an extra 2 grand? In what world does that make sense?
They are also saying the same about Lima even though he had been a pro for years with more than twice as much fights as Askren at the time they fought.
Steriods improve recovery, increase strength and add muscle mass. Those small advantages can be the difference in winning a fight or losing it. You are arguing against a strawman, no one who has any idea about PED's claims that they turn an average fighter into a title contender.
Me too. Shlemenko was even backing up during most of the striking exchanges in the second round yet people claim that he won the round and that the decision was a robbery.
What fight were you even watching. Shlemenko barely edged the 3 minutes of striking in the second round and got dominated during the remaining 2 minutes on the ground. There is no way that Shlemenko won that second round.
Maybe watch his fights instead of just looking at the fight finder. MJ probably has the worst fight IQ out of the top 10 in his division, he stopped using leg kicks against Diaz after the first round and didn't follow his game plan against Gaethje as well. And the Dariush decision was a robbery...
Yeah, I am not going to reply to him again. It's funny because he thinks Gus is the GOAT even though he has lost every fight he had against the top 5 in his division apart from Glover Texeira.
