I grew up in several ghettos growing up. East Oakland, then Watts, and Long Beach.

I would never want to go back I was in Watts during the Rodney King riots. It was like a war zone, I was in elementary school at the time. They had tanks the national guard at night driving through.

The worst part about living in the hood is gun shots, at night, sirens every hour, and the helicopters searching for suspects and tell you to stay in your home and lock your doors they are looking for an armed and dangerous suspect

So many scary ass things man, violence and drugs and shit hated it.

I travel to the riverside and temecula areas often with my shipping job and I love playing the native casinos, I used to work at one called Pala casino for marketing and promotions.

Also Lake Elisinore is basically white trash central, crazy how years ago that place was considered a nice area with a nice lake, now 20 to 30 years later its filled with rednecks, druggies and stuff lol

Temecula is still nice though. I gamble at Fantasy Springs in Indio a lot and the desert people go to the spotlight 29, man this crazy white woman was asking me for money and she had no teeth and then some security guard told her to stop harassing gamblers and they asked to see her ID and she was only 27 yet she looked 50, thats what meth does to you. she was younger than me but looked way older.

Another shit hole is San Bernadino near San Manuel Casino, I HATE going there a lot of unsavory characters man. My friend got jacked after winning at the casino, they followed him someone witnessed him win a handpay of 5 gs and they called their boy and they followed him as he exited and another car cut him off and two masked guys with guns told him give the money and he did.

Whats crazy is in these areas you have super ghetto dirty ass druggie areas and then next door you have a nice place like Redlands.

commenting before watching the video. Moreno Valley is a strange place, theres some nice areas that are definitely upper middle class neighborhoods. Most of the town is lower middle class, or upper poor class, if there is such a thing. But the city isnt a super ghetto old run down shithole like detroit for example. Theres a lot of very nice new apartment complexes as well, the majority of the apartment complexes are not ghetto projects....they are nice new ones with pools and waterfalls and ponds.......all that being said, what makes moreno valley a strange place is its a decent enough place, but alot of the people living there are super ghetto trash that have relocated from LA........The nice new apartment complexes are filled with a bunch of ghetto idiots that still try to act like they are in the projects.....and the nice middle class neigbhorhoods with large 4-5 bedroom 2 story homes etc.....are again filled with a bunch of ghetto idiots that think they are in the hood. Basically you have nice newer neighborhoods, homes, and aparments that are ghetto as fuck......it doesnt quite match up. Its all section 8 of course, and if you arent on section 8 and want to buy one of these homes, be prepared to cough up 400k plus.........for those of you that arent from Cali......your not missing much.......theres a reason everyone is leaving.
