Do any of you guys gain any benefits from doing active rest? I find that I recover more from having a complete rest day and I'm not sure if it's because of the placebo affect. But that seem to be my personal preference.
 
Any light activity like swimming or going for a walk/bike ride will help more than doing nothing.
 
I find that banging ya mum really clears my pipes out
 
foam rolling is always better than nothing
 
If im overly sore i walk 2-3 miles at a brisk pace. Clears up most leg soreness for me
