Social Amazon tracks warehouse workers every move because Jeff Bezos thinks people are inherently lazy.

Amazon policies are designed to prevent workers from becoming lazy.

Amazon doesn’t guarantee raises after a workers first three years and doesn’t offer many opportunities for advancement.

Jeff Bezos is a classic leftist believing people to be slaves or tools and not caring if they are seriously injured.

Guess he's not as much of a lefty as you say he is.

Maybe those warehouse workers need to pull up their bootstraps and work harder!

He's a billionaire and CEO of the biggest distributor of consumable products in the world. He was in that circle before buying WaPo
Maybe. But you’d be surprised at how it unlocks doors. Like the new rich getting a membership to the golf club

is he not a leftwing billionaire? he promotes leftists causes like mass immigration, sodomy, drag queen story hour and the destruction of the working class.
Actually, you can't shoehorn someone into a political spectrum based simply on their SJW views.

Sadly people do that here all the time.

People are inherently lazy. Everyone will by default find a situation of doing the least for the most, agreeable.

But surveillance and threats are only one way to motivate employees, and they're not good long-term strategies.

You get what you pay for. If you treat people like trash that's what they'll give you.
This.

People are lazy.

People also are probably not biologically designed to work in the environments they work in either.

You're not clear, what is Bezos doing that makes it "Republican policy" and makes him a right wing Republican?

The GOP actively seeks to remove any and all protections for labor, both historically, and currently.

If you really take a close look at actual legislation passed by the Republican party, you will find that other than placating you with crap about abortions and trannies, they haven't done a single god damned thing in the past 50 years that was beneficial to the middle class working person. It's all trickle down bullshit.

Bezos is a union busting jerkoff. Like most anti-union hypocrites, they have no problem organizing capital and wielding it as a weapon, but absolutely refuse to allow labor to organize in the same manner.

Does that mean all unions are wonderful fairy tale good guys? Of course not. But it's the general idea we are talking about. The team you root for governs exclusively for a very small percentage of the population. At least economically. And somehow they've convinced half the country to vote against their own best interests because of secondary shit like immigration or abortion.

Democrats have their problems as well, many of which are simply Republican lite, meaning socially they are liberal, however economically they are conservative, meaning pro status quo. But they at least sometimes make an effort to appease the common person with something other than idiotic social issues.
