I used to shred a little when I was a teenager.
Funny thing was, it was what brought me into traning teh UFC bruh cause, I wanted to try and replicate that technical fluidity with something more physical.
And what better way than learning how to wrastle, play teh BJJ, box and become a beast, from the unique perspective of technical excellence........ versus the "Johnny Tough Guy" approach most fighters start off with (no offence).
Anyways, watching this brings me back.
Any shredders or shred enthusiasts out there, how do you like this?
