Anyone ever used Lace N Loop for their lace-up gloves?

I love the wrist support of lace-up gloves, just hate the inconvenience of it. Velcro gloves are convenient, but the wrist support of lace-up gloves cannot be beat.

Just wondering if anyone here also uses Lace N Loop and what do they think of it.

For me, I usually just knot my laceup gloves a bit loose and then squeeze my hands into them. Easier than using the Lace N Loop and it's tight enough for me. Although on flat cuff laceup gloves there's nowhere for that knot to sit and I sometimes use the Lace N Loop sometimes then. I've also got a custom leather version made by a different company coming in that I plan to keep on a specific flat cuff glove, as if you just keep your Lace N Loop on just one glove then that feels quite a bit more convenient than if you have to swap it around between different gloves and redo it each time.

Lace N Loop doesn't make it as easy to put on as velcro, and you can't make it quite as tight on both gloves as it could be if someone else tied them for you. That said Lace N Loop is clearly a great option for a lot of people. You saying that you love laceup gloves but hate the inconvenience of them suggests to me that you'd benefit from Lace N Loop and should get a pair. It will damage the laces over time but those can always be replaced if they get bad enough anyway.

Lace n loop work really well when there is someone else there to do the 2nd glove.

it only takes a fraction of the time compared to lacing up two pairs so works quiet well if that makes sense.

I would be interested in trying another solution if available in the uk to make lace up more like a velco like the title one but I am yet to find anything

RDL81 mentioned the Title ones, the Title ones are like these:

Ringside US has (or had) a version too. They have holes which you put the laces through, so it actually converts your laceup glove to a velcro closure glove.

More convenient than lacenloop although it can't be done up as tight as lacenloop lets you, and it might not be a great fit on certain gloves like if it's a triple cuff glove with each bump being very thick, as then the converter strap doesn't really sit flush against the glove nicely. Best with Winning type cuffs or totally flat cuffs.

I have two pairs of lace and loop . With someone tying your second glove for you, i think they're near enough pointless.

I have it and use it with my boxeo lace up.
It still takes longer time to put the gloves on and off than velcro.
Then i bought sabas proseries velcro and these are my main training gloves.
I would choose velcro gloves over lacenloop on my next order. It's eventually broken, but it still can be fixed.

Guess I'm weird. I don't have any problems doing lace and loops on my own. Use 'em on my Winning laceups, my Grant laceups, and some Ringside competition safety gloves. They're so much lighter than traditional lace converters & easier to use (for me), it's not even a close comparison. I tend to prioritize snug pocket over a ton of wrist support, so i can't imagine going back to velcro exclusively. I also don't have any problems with hybrid gloves (lace + velcro), two of my favorite pairs are hybrids, I've only had issues slipping them on by myself in a timely manner once or twice.

Lace n loop is all I use now. They are fantastic and unlike the title glove converters only weigh .4 ounces. You can also lace the gloves differently to make using the converters easier. I'm never going back to velcro. Very easy to put on yourself, just have your gloves opened up, slip em on and wrap them around, they don't even need to be that tight

This helps when wrapping the loops around because it simulates a Velcro strap better than if you were to lace the traditional way. When I had the laces the regular way it would split the very bottom of the cuff, which stretched the leather and scuffed the piping up.

really recommend these to anyone who hates Velcro and prefers lace gloves, like me. Putting on the second glove is no harder than using the double strap on a Hayabusa glove imo, just takes some practice. Happy face punching!

Wow, that's a great way to do lace them for Lace n Loops especially since you're going have to pull them one way afterwards.
