Anyone listening too the new Iron Maiden?

Only a couple of tracks in so far, but I like what I hear.

Title track is Proggy in a Maiden vein, which I like.

Surprised I haven't seen anyone talk about this on here yet.

I fucking love Maiden. I admit, I don't listen to their newer stuff as much, but this sounds ok. I wouldn't buy the album, but I will listen to it.

I've heard "Writing on the Wall"; thought it was solid.

This is their best release since “a matter of life and death”, which is in my personal top 5 all time maiden albums. I thought the production could’ve been better, which is par for the course lately, but I think this is a tighter album than “book of souls” (which was still really good). But the new album songs are more progressive structured with less chorus repeating, and they don’t drag on as much. Also there didn’t feel like there was any filler tracks.
“Hell on earth” is epic. It’s amazing what these guys are still doing at their age. 9 out of 10 album for me, and I already rank it in the top half of the maiden discography after a handful of listens. Up the irons!
