It can be done, there's a few guys here who have tried. Good cappers I think, iirc. Don't know how they've done though.

For me personally I couldn't do it. I think I cap fights well enough, but you have to have a certain mindset and a huge tolerance for variance to be able to do it professionally. I'm not wired for that kind of risk. MAYBE if I didn't have a family, a very high paying career, etc I'd have a different view. And if I was younger. But I'm entering into the capital preservation stage of my life and betting for a living does not fit that equation at all LOL.

It's a fun hobby and the $ I win or lose means nothing to my lifestyle. It's a contest for me to see if I'm smarter than the books.
