DIY squat stands? You don't have a barbell either?

No room for those either im afraid. It eas treadmill or squat stand and the wife wanted a tread for the winter.

Im making decent progress with my kbs and dumbells plus im not often overpowered in my weight class regardless.

Most of my work right now is a few strength or power moves then bro work for muscle hyp or joint health.
Im finding it less bothersome than focusing on pure powerlifting moves, though i do miss back squats and trap bar deads like a mufugga.

Treadmill? She can run outside, its better too imo for tracking distance realistically.

1 arm DB rows for me, i got some resistance bands so I could latch them to the handle and do stuff with it

Got a tricep bar coming in this week, so I'll get to do OHP, FS, BB rows again. Gonna look to getting a barbell soon if its in stock.
 
Wife is self conscious about running outside, and she hates the winter so she wont run outside regardless. We even have those vitamin D lights for living room.

Ive been meaning to get some bands for extra resistance but my covid money is tied up in savings.

Nah shes great. Only girl ive had who doesnt get mad i beat ppl up and hands me her leftovers willingly so i dont have to take them.
