I heard the Type O version in some late 90s teen movie ("I Know What You Did Last Summer" maybe? Not looking it up). I was perplexed by the sound, then intrigued, then fell in love with it. Fast forward a few years and I ended up rehearsing in the same studio as them (Ace London). My friend assisted on engineering their last album at Systems Two.I have had the pleasure to see them a few times (once in L'Amour's once at CBGB's), and am a fan for life. RIP Peter Steele.
