I put 1/5U at Ishii at 4.00, I don't know what condition Rampage is in and even though he probably knocks Ishii out, there is room for chaos to happen. Might add another U on Fight goes the distance just in case...

@ 00:49 of the video, Rampage makes it seem like he'll take it nice and slow against Ishii. As long as Ishii doesn't get careless and rush in with his head in the air, the Over might end up hitting.
