Best Multivitamin

Why do you need a multivitamin?

Yes, I know I can get everything from natural foods, but the concept of making sure that someone gets a good amount of everything is what I am looking for it a multi. I take C and D, so could that throw things out of balance? Also, 100% USDA is like 75% of the daily requirements in modern times for a man that works out

I don't think that's necessarily true, I think random multivitamin/multimineral supplementation like that remains a controversial topic, even for specialists. A lot of meta analyses you can find online throw equivocal results regarding their ability to reduce mortality or chronic illness. Unless you have a diagnosed deficiency of some sort, some big dietary limitation or symptoms of a possible deficiency, simply throwing more vitamins into yourself is uncertain to do anything noticeable, other than make you spend money.

I've been taking the Costco Daily Multivitamin for many years. It's slightly on sale now. It lists all sorts of stuff, including stuff I never thought to look for.

I still have hair on the top of the head. Maybe it's the vitamins.

I personally consider them unhealthy and artificial.

Fruits veggies.

I really like Micro Factor from 1stPhorm. Been using it for a few years now.

Do you have any idea how much of how many fruits and veggies you'd need to take in order to match what's in a basic (not even high quality) Multi-vitamin?

It's not natural to just use a pill. Fruits got phytonurtients and other healthy compounds . Mankind has been eating plants for 99. 999% of its existence. Pills are new and half the scientists believe aren't even healthy. I think you buy into those companies marketing, they make money of you.

Google recommendations for fruit and veggie intake. Eat 2 pieces of fruit, 1 big salad and you're pretty much good.
I personally eat a lot of fruit as it's more convinent. I need to up my veggies. But generally I eat whole foods for the majority of what I eat. I also drink 100% fruit juices. They're not perfect but I don't mind and way better then soda or pills.

Ever hear of a "destroying angel" mushroom? 100% natural. Will kill you dead in about 15 minutes. Don't come at me with that ignorant "anything natural is best" garbage. Flying to the moon isn't natural either.

You realize how many horrible things mankind has done for 99.999% of its history right? Eating fruits and veggies is one good thing in a sea of terrible things.

Pills are new and half the scientists believe aren't even healthy.
I can't tell if you're a child, mental special needs, or troll anymore. Half the scientists? Okay, sure. How many scientists are there? Where did you read this statistic? What type of scientist?

I don't need anyone else's recommendation for my body. I know how I feel given different food intakes.

I also drink 100% fruit juices.
Drinking your calories is one of the top diet mistakes people make.

They're not perfect but I don't mind and way better then soda or pills
Are you sure about that? Not better in what way? Do you really think drinking a 0 calorie soda is worse than drinking 1000 calories of melon juice?

You can go gargle that "appeal to nature" fallacy's dick some more. I'll stick to what works for me. I eat fruits and veggies plenty but I also take a multi-vitamin, again, because I'm fully aware of how woefully inadequate modern food is in terms of nutrient density, especially as it comes to minerals.

Proper foods eliminate the need to supplement... Hard to find but always go with the foods over any supplementation. I was a supp junkie for years then followed the science. Eye opening.
