All I remember from Josh's MMA stint is that picture with Mark Coleman that always popped up in his promo videos and him flopping. At least Frank can crack and has beaten some relatively decent dudes for regional Heavies.

Their broadcast quality definitely needs some work. Just long periods of boringness during the prelim broadcast. And as much as I like Chris Lytle the broadcast team has been pretty bland so far.
