I couldn't resist betting Chavez Jr. at +620. Let's see how he makes weight. Weigh-ins live at 5:30 PM EDT on Friday:

Anyone else think Avila is a decent dog vs Diaz (4/1) or am I just trying to manufacture value?

Also Kiko Martinez is 12/1 :O to beat Warrington next week, Martinez took frampton the distance and was Stopped by Quigg early but Warrington, as far as I can remember, is not a power puncher and Kiko comes forward quite aggressively and I think he is gonna really make Warrington struggle, 12/1 seems an amazing price. He is generally 6/1 and even that price I like.

EDIT: 12/1 is with 188Bet, Max bet not high though, 9/1 with Unibet/Bet365

Not sure how deep I'm going on this, 1.5 units deep atm, really confident this is a competitive fight, a lot of sky fighters are overhyped and may look to buy out in fight a little of odds shift, reeling myself in slightly because of how good I think these odds are

I love Matthysse, huge fan of his, but i'm seriously considering a play on his opponent at these odds. Taylor is young, he's tough, and imo he's only getting better. Anyone have an opinion on this one? If i bet Taylor and he loses I'll still be happy for Matty, if he wins then Ill make some money, at least. Saw the opener and decided to wait for a bit then FORGOT like an asshole and next thing you know the line's plummeted against me. Still think there might be some value on Taylor' ml or another prop that I'd rather not mention until one of my books releases it.

I bet Taylor, BT. I'm on him at +300. Matthysse is coming off a knockout from Postol, injury and a long layoff. I got quite a few dogs at good prices this weekend. Surprised that 5D doesn't have unanimous, split or majority decision lines yet or point spreads on the Canelo/Chavez fight.

Back on the dogs again this weekend. I was pleased to see Chavez make weight without difficulty. I'm still waiting to see some props like unanimous, split & majority decisions and the point spread for the Canelo/Chavez fight.

    Yuriorkis Gamboa/Robinson Castellanos does not start round 8 (+125) ~$60.00 for ~$75.00
Jesus M Rojas (+165) vs Abraham Lopez $75.00 for $123.75
    Jesus M Rojas wins by 10 round decision (+400) $25.00 for $100.00
Morgan Fitch (+308) vs Yamaguchi Falcao ~$150.00 for ~$462.00

Jake Giuriceo (+1700) vs Jose Carlos Ramirez ~$15.00 for ~$255.00
Jake Giuriceo (+3500) vs Jose Carlos Ramirez $10.00 for $350.00

    Joseph Parker/Razvan Cojanu does not start round 5 (-152) ~$90.00 for ~$59.21

Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. (+620) vs Saul Alvarez ~$180.00 for ~$1116.00
Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. will win in round 12 (+10000) ~$15.00 for ~$1500.00
Julio Cesar Chavez Jr./Saul Alvarez fight ends in round 7-12 (+296) $40.00 for $118.40

Manuel Avila (+450) vs Joseph Diaz $25.00 for $112.50
Emmanuel Taylor (+300) vs Lucas Matthysse $35.00 for $105.00
Marcos Reyes (+1900) vs David Lemieux ~$30.00 for ~$570.00

Two upsets on the Golden Boy card on ESPN2 tonight. Jesus M Rojas stopped Abraham Lopez as a +165 dog while +1400 journeyman Robinson Castellanos forces former world champion Yuriorkis Gamboa to quit on the stool after round 7 subsequent to knocking him down multiple times. Just in time for my under to cash. Hope the dogs keep barking this weekend!
