Remember Trump simultaneously running for POTUS while trying to get Trump Tower Moscow done, which could only be done so with Putin's approval?

This was in Trump's financial disclosure report when he ran in 2016. It was literally capitalized like this.

his post-election lawsuit litigation stands at 1-65 but he's lost a few more lawsuits ever since, including his ones against twitter, facebook and google.

i still get a kick out of his attorneys still trying to misrepresent their client onto their legal filings as the president of the united states and expecting any judge in the land to take the case seriously, let alone even look at it.

you have to figure that trump personally ordered his lawyers to refer to him as President Trump in their filings, just to feed his own inner ego. and of course they do it because bunker boy would fire any of these yes-men lawyers of his who don't obey each and every one of his ridiculous demands or doesn't tell him what he wants to hear, just as he would fire his own doctor if his doctor told him that he had cancer.

i hope whatever swingset installer, personal injury lawyer, divorce attorney, qanon conspiracy theorist, village drunkard, or cheerleader from the bimbo squad who's representing cheeto benito for this case doesnt expect to get paid. i mean this ones gonna get laughed out of court long before the wheels even get rolling.

CNN would welcome the judge to at least entertain it, as they can just go for discovery! Mr. If You Plead The Fifth You're Guilty would be be trying to desperately to get his own lawsuit thrown out of court the moment he realises he is going to have to give sworn statements and sit for deposition if he wants to win the case and even get a dime out of the defendants. legal testimony that would come under the microscope and get him in a heap of legal trouble if it is found that the statements he made were false, or self-incriminating which would be able to implicate him under other crimes.

this dude pled the fifth over 400 times when he had to testify during his own civil trial while he hung his own buddies out to dry. CNN would love nothing more than the judge to actually allow this circus show to proceed just so they can go for discovery and make him sit for deposition. he'll without a doubt motion to the judge to dismiss his own damn lawsuit before that ever happens and thats as far as this case would ever go.

that would be hilarious if this frivolous lawsuit ever even made it that far, which it won't but it would surely be a sight to see. private citizen donald trump would be trying to claim executive privilege or pleading the fifth when he has to testify over the very own legal claims of which is is trying to make. legal statements of which could land him in some real serious legal trouble if the testimony is put under the microscope and found to be untrue or self-incriminating.

lastly, its nice to see that the guy who is always saying mean things to everybody just to piss them off really hates it when other people say mean things about him. we already learned that after he threw a nuclear toddler tantrum all over a petty little twitter hashtag, but this just brings the point home just what a sensitive snowflake this petulant manbaby really is. born with a silver spoon up his ass and criticizes everybody else less fortunate, but so emotionally fragile on the inside that he can't stand any criticism whatsoever of himself. if big baby butthurt can't be the schoolyard bully, he tries to act the victim. goo goo gaa gaa stop wasting the courts time and throwing some more frivolous lawsuits around every time that someone hurts your precious wittle feelings. grow some thicker skin instead of making dookie in your nappy, throwing your toddler tantrums and crying every time that things don't go your way or somebody says mean things about you. its fairy tale funtime, so go ahead and tell us who really won the election and show all the grown ups just what a big boy you are donny.

I think Trump is an absolute bafoon but this post is just exaggeration and lies that have been proven as such. Your next holiday should be a trip outside your bubble.

I wonder how much his lawyers required upfront. He's going to lose because CNN is a journalism entity and he's a public figure plus opinion pieces. So I hope the attorneys are billing him directly and not waiting on a contingency fee.

I'm willing to bet that he only filed this because the MyPillow guy is being forced to defend himself for defamation.
