Reverse Flyes
2x10x5s (+10 second hold on last rep)

Dropped weight on the flyes cause I can't keep good form with the 10s towards the end of the set lol. It's amazing how little weight I can move that way.

Felt fine, adductors definitely a bit tight on the sumos but worked okay. Will do squat stretches as a warmup. Also no belt on the deads for the firs time, gonna keep that up for a while.

Having only done conventional deads for the last six months, I'm definitely feeling the difference with sumo. Feeling my quads a lot more. That being said the movement feels great. Nailed the RGFP, PR there.

Felt good. Sumo is definitely a technical lift. If I get the form spot on it feels super light, but it I'm off a little in my starting position it feels heavy lol. Also got a bit of a workout at work today, took apart a very stubborn crane (stuck pins). Got in around 500 20lb sledge whacks, bye bye elbows/wrists/everything lol.

Definitely struggled with the sumos today. Not sure if it's a weight thing or just had an off day, will push up to 235 thursday and see how it feels.

Think I had the full 5/3/2 in my on sumos, but decided to play it safe. Will do 2/1 with 245 tomorrow and then restart the same cycle. Starting position is very critical in sumos.

Sumos felt good. I'm going to write what happened to my floor press off as a fluke. Wtf,

Barbell Side Press
1x10x45

Tried to do side presses today just to see how my shoulder was doing, no problem. Was able to do them without pain. Shoulder is still clicking during a certain part of the movement, but I can avoid it if I angle my upper arm forward a little more than usual. Gonna start these up again after I finish this cycle of floor presses.

BB Side Press
5x45

Added the snatch grips and sides presses just cause I wondered how they felt. Surprised how light the snatch grip felt, thought it's be harder. Hands were properly wide too. And shoulder felt fine on the side presses.

Little bit of cramping/tightness at the back of my left adductor, probably nothing. I've been working on getting my feet a little wider on the Sumos, probably just pushed my flexibility a bit. Will see how it feels tomorrow.

PR on the floor presses, felt good. Sumo deadlifts went okay. I feel like I'm definitely left leg limited on those, adductor specifically. Gonna keep working em til they're equal to my last regular deadlift (5x325).

Took three weeks off unexpectedly, very busy with work. Back at it.

Alight, I've been stupid busy with work lately and just not able to lift consistently. The PTTP thing I've been doing kind of relies on consistency, so I'm gonna change it up and run Pavel/Dan Johns 40 day program. Workouts will have a little more volume so if the frequency is lower I'll still get some work in. Not lifting on a schedule, just when I get time, but I'm shooting for at least twice a week. Here was today:
