When I had my external hemorrhoid I was dreading going to the doctor. It lasted a month and it was impossible to keep clean. I thought I going to have to show my cute Asian doctor my bloody shitty blown out asshole. Luckily after a month it finally went down.

I would have never made it to the doctor if I actually had to go in person. The app is offered through my work, but I had never used it. Shit was really uncomfortable today so I downloaded the app and within an hour I was talking to the doctor. Nice lady called in my script and said that if I'm not better in a few days then I'd need to go somewhere for a physical exam.

Missed a day this week, but it's a deload week so it's cool. Low bar setting on the transformer bar feels much more natural for me than regular SSB squats. Doctor prescribed corticosteroids for my ass problem so I guess I can no longer claim to be a natural lifter. Sad to admit that I am now literally injecting steroids into my ass.

Mixed feelings on this. Disappointed that I couldn't break 400, but I did get it off the floor. Somewhat happy to set a PR especially considering the problem I have been having lately. May not have been a good idea to max with this shit going on, but it doesn't feel like it's going away anytime soon. 385 felt good enough so I think I could have squeezed out another 5lbs.

I am pretty goddamn pumped over this one. I knew I had gotten stronger, but I didn't know if I could get 300, especially with all of this ass shit going on still. First time I benched 300 I was in 10th grade and they gave me a "300lb club" t-shirt. Next day a senior tried to fight me in the locker room and he told the coach he was going to kick the shit out of the 300lb club.

I don't know what the hell is going on. If anything I feel like I am wasting away. I want to do more, but at the same time I am afraid of fucking myself up worse. Today was supposed to test squat, but I wasn't going to risk it yet.

Holy shit did I have a scary moment today. Since I've been using the transformer bar I've had a couple mishaps where I have trouble reracking the bar. Like a genius I didn't adjust this and with 385 on my back I missed one of the hooks on my monolift.

I struggled to try and get the bar in there and then I noticed I was starting to pass out. Don't know if it was a conscious decision, but I just dropped the bar off of my back. I had the spotter arms just below parallel so it wasn't a long fall. No damage to me or the equipment so that's good.

Also the PR doesn't matter or really count because I am using a different bar than the regular SSB I have been tracking my squat on.

New program time. Last one had some conjugate elements. This one is more conjugate based. Still going for that shitty weak powerlifting style @Fahcough mentioned. Went super light on the SLDL/RH/GM circuit and still felt like dying.
 
Like the full body variation with heavy and carries. You gonna fall to sleep easy.
Don't get my words twisty lol. It's not shitty powerlifting style, it's my weak version of it. Powerlifting is good for the soul, just rough on the ego.
