We celebrate diversity in this country when everyone is all black. Look at the film Black Panther, it gets called diverse despite being the complete opposite. It is one of the least diverse films made in recent history.

Now it is a problem that people are nearly all white at a wedding? Most families are that way because people tend to marry within their own race.
