Many btc bookies allow over 10 btc bets on over/unders
Please share where I can bet a few hundred dimes on MMA totals, and actually get paid when I win.

As for the fighters betting on themselves, I think that's a byproduct of the UFC adding so much gambling content. Suddenly these fighters see the money to be made as well as the optics of putting their money where their mouth is. Inevitably there will be fighters(more-so teams) who bet against themselves or bet on a specific outcome. Someone will do it on a big level and get caught and then we'll all discuss it for a while.

I don't think it's prevalent or ever will be, but when you have guys putting huge effort into manipulating their official records, it's silly not to expect them to take that one step further.

What do you mean you can Just deposit btc make an account on 10 different bookies. Get paid out in btc and then cash it out. Its not difficult at all, you could also just get people that place bets for you in different casino's. It really is too easy and it is taking place all the time....

You said many btc bookies allow over 10 btc bets on totals. Literally zero bookies allow over 10 btc bets on totals(unless your name is Drake maybe).

Spreading your money around between books is a different story but even then if you're a winning player nobody will let you bet even as much as a single bitcoin on totals. To bet 10 btc (around 200K), on mma totals you'll need 100 accounts, most of which will be closed or limited immediately after you win.

What I *hate* about this part... how it's SO pro-gambling now.. DK logos, promos, constant odds talk.... yet they still keep pre-fight injuries and the like total secrets. Friggin' put the info out there if you want to promote the gambling aspect so much.

in a way it’s profitable for the bettors. if you know which fighters bet on themselves, you can guess the prop bet based on it being most valuable. especially if they are much better and they can choose to go to decision at will. of course the sport will hurt in credibility. because it’s possible the other fighter will bet himself to lose .

Is it even legal to bet on yourself to lose?

At least three different fighters have shouted out Skinny Bets in their post-fight interview tonight.

It's not a fix if you bet on yourself to win lol

The problem is with a O/U where you can bet either side, you are essentially fixing to 'lose' by performing below your potential in order to draw the fight out, which is similar to someone who blatantly performs under their potential - which can range from deliberately allowing your opponent to have the upper hand, to flat out diving - in order to lose a fight outright.
