Actually you're a bit off here.

During the/an election year, they did need to (at least appear to) be beholden to the far left. Concessions were made, including letting them go on a year long violent rampage throughout the country, releasing violent criminals, etc.

Of course now that they won, they won't do shit for the far left until next election.

Mind you none of the concessions will effect them or their money, which is all they care about.

The graphic you posted was that a 26.5% corporate tax rate is uncompetitive as it’s allegedly too high. My link shows the corporate tax rate since 1930. So feel free to pinpoint some times in the past when the U.S. was more competitive than it is today, and see what our corporate tax rate was.
Under Eisenhower? 52%
Under Nixon? 49%
Under Reagan? 40%
During the economic boom of the 90s under Clinton, it was 35%.

Republicans love to slash taxes for corporations and the rich, and then try and claim we’ll never survive if someone undoes them. And it’s a lie.

the current rate is 21% if we increase it to 26.5 we will no longer be competitive with other first world countries. Sure...you can still find a higher tax rate in Zimbabwe, Sudan, or some other shithole but not most modern industrial countries. It's not 1930 anymore....it's not 1995 anymore.....you need to catch up.

Canada’s tax rate is 26.5 right now. Germany is 29.9%. Australia’s is 30%. Italy is 27.8%. A 26.5% tax rate would put us smack in the middle of most first world countries.

Yep - Biden could literally nix all student loan debt like trump did for all disabled vets. But now claims needs congress. Good cop Democrats aint fooling me. (they havnt since Clinton NAFTA promo and removing Glas Stiegel in fact)
 
I think they'll get some infrastructure done theyll just have to compromise on the price.
Biden got us out of Afghanastan and they've been throwing money around like it's nothing. I cant see a justification for the left being very upset with the Democrats considering the small majority they have.
Bottom line you just cant get everything with 50 senators and you cant expect that every Democrat will vote for anything just because the party said so.
 
Force the vote was just performative. But this is okay and not a mask in sight.

But yes the main things that were legit and interesting about dems they have no interest in.. Don’t forget abolishing citizens united. That was good too. Since none of that is real in the Dem party, THAT is why “America first” and standing up to China and the corporate media was better than nothing, and the worse than nothing that is the Dem party bringing in the exact totalitarianism it’s constituents were “resisting” a few years back. You lefties are mentally ill for going along with this; you know that, right?
