Anyone got experience with it? Did it help your metabolism, recovery, test boost?

I' ve just started it in hopes it helps in one of those aspects. My workouts take their toll at 34 yrs old. Ive started a new regiment
Chest/ triceps\ hiit cardio
Biceps/ shoulders\ back\ liss cardio
Legs/ mix hiit and liss
Rest day
Legs\ mixed cardio
Rest
Start over
Not looking to change my diet though . its where i want it.

What are your goals? Your lifting looks more like a BBer workout than training fior performance. Check out S&C subforum for more info on that.

I started DHEA awhile back looking for some test increase. Annecdotally, I'd say it's helped at least some. Other helpful things seem to be D-aspartic acid, Vit D, slight increase in brocolli, spinach, nuts, and yogurt.

A shot of Apple Cider Vinegar in 4oz or so of orange juice PWO is one of the single best things to improve overall recovery I've found.
 
I was on DHEA a while and felt like shit. Gonna try DIM next.
 
Recover in regards to what? DOMS, CNS, general post training fatigue?

Yes, although CNS is probably the least directly affected of what you listed. Combined with the other parts of a good diet, rest, etc, my experience is that it helps all of the above. For more on it, check out the Vinegar (or Lemon Juice) thread.
 
I ordered some on Amazon and it got confiscated by customs (I'm in Australia).

That's a good indicator to me it probably works
