Die-t

Hey if you make your shakes with water put 2-3 teaspoons of aspriva(no calorie sweetner) in them they taste much better.
 
This is what i ate in no particular order or time.

3 nutty buddy bars
1 poptart
4 grilled cheese sandwiches
some of those little ribs from the chinese place
1 eggroll
1 can dr. pepper
lots of water

I can feel my waist shrinking.
 
Had kashi or whatever it is cheerio-like cereal, but much worst tasting,

Bacon and Eggs for lunch

3 tacos for dinner

Ritas mint choc chip gelatto. The mint taste wasn't nearly strong enough.
